  • Elin and Ahmet combine studies with elite sports
    Combining elite sports with higher education, how does it work? Jönköping University (JU) is one of Sweden’s elite athlete friendly universities (EVL) and certified by the Swedish Sports Confederation. Elin Hellgren and Ahmet Rapi are two students who are successful in both their sports and their studies.
  • Autumn schedule available via the student web
    From 30 June, the autumn schedule will be available via the search page on the student website. The schedule function for the autumn in the JU app will not work during the summer.

  • JIBS HONOUR LIST 2021
    On 10 and 11 June, JIBS held several online ceremonies for the students graduating from JIBS. During the ceremonies, graduates in the top 5% of their class, earning them a place on the JIBS Honour List, were also announced.
  • Global Swede 2021 from Jönköping University: Ravinath Herath
    Ravinath Herath who studies Strategic Entrepreneurship at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), Jönköping University (JU), has been given the Global Swede Award 2021. The award was recently presented by the Swedish Minister for Foreign Trade and Nordic Affairs in an online ceremony.
  • Aktiestinsen Thesis Award - deadline for entries
    Don't forget to enter your thesis into the Aktiestinsen Entrepreneurship Thesis Award 2021. The deadline is 10 June. Two winning theses will be awarded 15,000 SEK each.
  • Are you graduating this spring? Join the alumni network at your school
    When you graduate from JU you have the possibility to stay in touch with us through your specific schools’ alumni network. It is valuable for us to hear your experiences and via the network you gain access to information, inspiration, and invitations to events within your field.
  • JTH students exhibit their theses digitally during the Xjob Fair
    On 28 May, the “Xjob Fair Digital Showroom” (Xjobbsmässan) will be organised and the graduating students at the School of Engineering (JTH), will exhibit their degree projects. 42 students and 14 companies are participating in the event and three theses will be rewarded with a total of SEK 20,000 in scholarships.
