MMTC research Seminar presented by guest Monica Porzionato
MMTC Seminar with guest Monica Porzionato
Title: Based on ongoing research on affect, strategic communication, and social media influencing
In this presentation, Monica will explore how affect and affective atmospheres have been approached in marketing and organisation studies, as well as how these theories can inform and reshape approaches to strategic communication theory and practice. Drawing on insights from her doctoral research, ongoing publications and the INFLU-NORD project, she will elaborate on how affect thinking can deepen our understanding of communication as a means of sustaining common orientations, attachments and forms of collective life.
