Forskning

Roland S Persson är i huvudsak knuten till Human Resource-programmet och ämnesområdet psykologi. Han är verksam inom Encell, understryker forskarens ansvar gentemot det omgivande samhället (den sk. Tredje uppgiften), och har hittills  bedrivit forskningsprojekt om musikalisk kommunikation och lärande; om särbegåvning i utbildningssystemens olika nivåer; Talent Management med utgångspunkt från vad Google kallar "smartcreatives"; om könsrollsförståelse och könsrollskonstruktens mätning; om kunskapsklimat i olika Europeiska länder samt på senare tid mer övergripande teoretisk forskning kring individen, samhället och social evolution.

Biografi

Roland S Persson, PhD, FCollT, är professor i pedagogisk psykologi och har en forskningsinriktning mot hög prestation (talang), särbegåvning och makrosocial dynamik i förhållande till dessa. Persson är Fellow of The College of Teachers i London, England. Han är även medlem av och rådgivare till International Centre for Innovation in Education (ICIE).
