Nailing ceremony for Cristina Trenta

The official ceremony during which doctoral student Cristina Trenta literally nails her doctoral thesis to the wall takes place on Friday 19 April at 1.15 p.m. on the 2nd floor in the entrance hall at JIBS. Welcome to attend the ceremony!

This is an old ceremony that means that the thesis is official and no changes may be made. The thesis will be the 90h doctoral thesis at JIBS since the doctoral programme started in 1995.

Cristina Trenta, who is a doctoral student in Commercial Law, will defend her doctoral thesis on Wednesday 15 May. The thesis is in English and entitled “VAT in Peer-to-peer Content Distribution – Towards a Tax Proposal for Decentralized Networks”.
