How to apply?
In order to apply for the Erasmus+ scholarship for traineeship you first need to have your traineeship approved by the course coordinator/tutor/supervisor at your JU school. In order for the online application to be finalized and valid, this person must sign a printed version of the application. The signed application must then be submitted to the International Office via the case management system http://educationsupport.ju.se.
Please note that your application will not be processed by the International Office until you have submitted the signed application form in the case management system.
You should submit your application a minimum of 1 month before the start date of the traineeship.
If the application is approved you need to fill in and sign a Grant Agreement and a Learning Agreement, which will be sent to you after the decision.
We currently apply a "first come first served" approach. Scholarships are granted as long as funding is available. Please note that it is not possible to apply for the Erasmus+ scholarship for traineeships in Sweden.
