Erasmus+ scholarship for traineeship

Erasmus+ scholarship for traineeship

If you want to do an traineeship/internship/näringslivsförlagd kurs (NFK, VFU) at a company, organization or research and education centre in one of the 32 Erasmus+ countries, you can apply for an Erasmus+ traineeship grant. The grant should be a contribution to the expenses arising in connection with the traineeship period, such as travel and accommodation expenses. The traineeship period should be 2-12 months and you are expected to work full time.

In order to apply for the Erasmus+ scholarship for traineeship you first need to have your traineeship approved by the course coordinator/tutor/supervisor at your JU school. In order for the application to be valid, this person must sign a printed version of the application (link to application can be found to the right). The signed application must then be sent to before the application deadline specified to the right.

If the application is approved you need to fill in and sign a Grant Agreement and a Learning Agreement, which will be sent to you after the decision.

In the selection process, we aim for a balanced division between students from all the JU schools, to the extent possible. Students who do their traineeship in their home country are given lower priority. Please note that it is not possible to apply for the Erasmus+ scholarship for traineeships in Sweden.
