  • 3000 kilometers in a solar car
    Students from Jönköping University have built it all on their own and it is supposed to handle sandstorms as well as extreme heat. It weights about 180 kilos and it will take them 3000 kilometers, across the whole of Australia – this year’s solar car, Axelent. In October it is time for a new edition of the World Solar Challenge.
  • Starting on Tuesday, the campus will be filled by rowers from all over Europe
    On September 4-7, we will host the first university championship in rowing ever organized in Sweden. A record number of participants - 550 rowers from 81 universities and 21 different countries - come here to compete for the medals on Lake Munksjön.

  • Locked doors and closed bike parking during the Kick Off Festival
    On Saturday, it's time for the Kick Off Festival on campus. In conjunction with it, all doors on campus will be locked at. 15.00 on Saturday 24/8. Thus, you will not have access to, or be able to appear on the premises, after this time.

    Friday 23 August, between 11:00-13:00, all new students are welcome to attend Jönköping University Student Welcome Fair in Campus Arena.
