Accreditation of your courses

When the transcript has arrived, the process of accreditation starts. You will then receive an email from International Office.

You need to:

  • Check MOA and ensure that all courses are updated and pre-approved. All details including course names and codes must be correct and exactly the same as the transcript.
  • If you have general questions about course selection and Intapps, contact your coordinator at International Office.
  • If you have specific questions about the courses and the accreditation process, contact your accreditor.
  • When your transcript has arrived at JU, the process of accreditation starts.
  • Step 1
Your transcript arrives at JU and the IC-administration sends a copy to your accreditor
  • Step 2
Your accreditor compares the courses registered in IntApps with the transcript and approves them in IntApps
  • Step 3
The accreditor forwards the transcript to the academic administration who reports the courses in Ladok
  • Step 4
The accreditor certifies the courses in Ladok and the accreditation process is completed

The original transcript of records is yours and can be picked up at International Office.
