Miguel Gil

Miguel earned a Ph.D. in accounting and finance from the University of Manchester. He is currently an assistant professor at Jönköping International Business School and holds a joint appointment at EGADE Business School. Miguel teaches courses on research methods, sustainability, and management accounting at both the postgraduate and bachelor levels. His research focuses on management accounting, family business management, and sustainability accounting. In addition to his academic work, Miguel serves as a consultant on sustainability control systems and is a board member of a sustainability-driven global family firm.
