Roger Sandberg, lecturer in public administration law, teaches legal courses in the social work programme, but also in other departments at HHJ. His areas of interest are general administrative law and, for the social work programme, selected areas of civil law, particularly individual labour law. 
Roger has worked at JU since autumn 2009, starting at JIBS and then moving to HHJ on 1 May 2016. Roger has been involved in the Disciplinary Committee (DAN) at JU since spring 2010, both as a staff representative and as secretary. Since 1 July 2023, Roger has been appointed secretary of DAN. 
Roger is programme coordinator for individual student matters within the social work programme and handles applications for study breaks and credit transfers, as well as overseeing the throughput of the programme.  
Roger is involved in trade union activities and represents Sveriges lärare in MBL negotiations and is a deputy member of the company board.
